來(lai)源:環境人Environmentor江(jiang)西(xi)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)贛江(jiang)創新研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)過程(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所近日在國(guo)(guo)際分離(li)純化領(ling)域著(zhu)名期(qi)刊《Separation and Purification Technology》上發(fa)表了題(ti)為“Selective separation and recovery of boron from spent Nd-Fe-B magnets leaching solution”的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)論文(wen)。該(gai)文(wen)章第一作者為江(jiang)西(xi)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)贛江(jiang)贛江(jiang)創新研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)博(bo)士研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)管(guan)新地(di),其導師(shi)為鄭(zheng)詩禮研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)員、李平研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)員、楊幼明教授;通(tong)訊(xun)作者為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)贛江(jiang)創新研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)過程(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所李平研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)員。從釹鐵硼(peng)(peng)廢(fei)(fei)料回收稀(xi)土過程(cheng)中(zhong)硼(peng)(peng)的(de)累(lei)積會影響(xiang)稀(xi)土萃(cui)(cui)取(qu),并(bing)通(tong)過含硼(peng)(peng)廢(fei)(fei)水造成環境污染。而(er)硼(peng)(peng)是全球稀(xi)缺(que)的(de)戰略資源,從釹鐵硼(peng)(peng)廢(fei)(fei)料選擇(ze)性分離(li)并(bing)回收硼(peng)(peng)具(ju)有重(zhong)要意義。本研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)提出了一種從釹鐵硼(peng)(peng)廢(fei)(fei)料浸出液中(zhong)選擇(ze)性分離(li)和回收硼(peng)(peng)的(de)新方(fang)法,采(cai)用2-乙基己醇(chun)(EHA)和2-乙基-1,3-己二醇(chun)(EHD)協同(tong)萃(cui)(cui)取(qu)硼(peng)(peng),在最優條件(30% EHA-20% EHD-50% SK,O/A相比(bi)1:1,pH 3.3,10 min)下,單級萃(cui)(cui)取(qu)率達96.0%,稀(xi)土損失僅1.2%。機理(li)(li)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)發(fa)現,部分硼(peng)(peng)酸(suan)與(yu)EHD的(de)羥基絡合形(xing)成穩定的(de)六(liu)元環配合物(wu)(wu),而(er)另一部分硼(peng)(peng)酸(suan)與(yu)EHA和EHD同(tong)時絡合形(xing)成含六(liu)元環的(de)線性配合物(wu)(wu)。以(yi)0.4 mol/L Na...
