    稀(xi)(xi)土納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)材(cai)料(liao)及(ji)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)——稀(xi)(xi)土納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)材(cai)料(liao)  稀(xi)(xi)土納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)材(cai)料(liao)  納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)子具有(you)特殊的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)學(xue)性質,如(ru)光(guang)(guang)學(xue)非線性、光(guang)(guang)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)、光(guang)(guang)反(fan)射(she)、光(guang)(guang)傳輸過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)耗等都與納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)微粒(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)尺寸有(you)很(hen)(hen)強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)依賴關系。研究表明,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)微粒(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)特殊的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)學(xue)特性制(zhi)備(bei)成各種(zhong)光(guang)(guang)學(xue)材(cai)料(liao)將(jiang)在(zai)日常(chang)生活(huo)和(he)高技(ji)術(shu)領域得到(dao)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。如(ru)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)不同粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)CdSe、InP、InAs等納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)子得到(dao)了(le)(le)其(qi)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)對熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)波長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)相應(ying)(ying)(ying)規律,可以作為熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)生物標記。稀(xi)(xi)土納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)子的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)學(xue)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)正在(zai)開拓,它(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)已引起(qi)人們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)注視。CeO2納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)子在(zai)300-450nm范圍內有(you)寬的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)帶,并隨(sui)(sui)著(zhu)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)減(jian)小,吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)帶紅移(yi),對紫(zi)外光(guang)(guang)具有(you)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)性能(neng),可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)制(zhi)備(bei)紫(zi)外吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)材(cai)料(liao),如(ru)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)燈(deng)管中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)185nm短波紫(zi)外線,以提高燈(deng)管壽命,也已用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)防曬油和(he)化妝品中(zhong)具有(you)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。  納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)稀(xi)(xi)土發(fa)光(guang)(guang)材(cai)料(liao)已引起(qi)了(le)(le)人們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)興趣(qu)。文(wen)獻(xian)中(zhong)報導了(le)(le)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)均相沉淀法制(zhi)備(bei)Y203:Eu3+,控制(zhi)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)條件得到(dao)不同粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)微粒(li)(li)(li)(li),觀察(cha)到(dao)隨(sui)(sui)著(zhu)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)減(jian)小,納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)Y203:Eu3+發(fa)射(she)波長(chang)發(fa)生藍(lan)(lan)移(yi),并且納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)Y203:Eu3+發(fa)光(guang)(guang)強(qiang)度隨(sui)(sui)著(zhu)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)徑(jing)減(jian)少而降低。  我們(men)(men)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)納(na)(na)(na)(na)(na)米(mi)(mi)(mi)Y203-Eu2O3為原(yuan)料(liao)制(zhi)備(bei)出細(xi)顆粒(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)Y203:Eu3+紅色(se)熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)粉(fen),所(suo)制(zhi)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)細(xi)顆粒(li)(li)(li)(li)Y203:Eu3+的(de)(de)(de)亮度稍優于(yu)(yu)國家標準(zhun)。電(dian)鏡照片表明,顆粒(li)(li)(li)(li)接近(jin)圓形(xing)。Y203:Eu3+細(xi)紅粉(fen)的(de)(de)(de)二次(ci)特性也很(hen)(hen)好。用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)其(qi)配制(zhi)稀(xi)(xi)土三基色(se)熒(ying)光(guang)(guang)粉(fen)時發(fa)現:(a)能(neng)與綠(lv)粉(fen)、藍(lan)(lan)粉(fen)很(hen)(hen)...

    稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)材(cai)料及應用(yong)(yong)——稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)  稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)  稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)是(shi)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)助催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),成(cheng)功(gong)地用(yong)(yong)于(yu)石油(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)和(he)(he)汽車尾(wei)氣凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等領(ling)域中(zhong)。納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粒子則具有(you)更(geng)強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)能,如(ru):納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)微(wei)粒尺(chi)寸小,表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)所占的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)百分數大,表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鍵態和(he)(he)電子態與(yu)顆粒內部不(bu)同,表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)原子配位不(bu)全(quan),導(dao)致表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)(xing)位置增加(jia)(jia):納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)微(wei)粒表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)形態的(de)(de)(de)(de)研究表(biao)(biao)明隨著(zhu)粒徑減小,表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)光(guang)滑程度變(bian)差,形成(cheng)了(le)(le)凹凸不(bu)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)原子臺階,從(cong)而增加(jia)(jia)了(le)(le)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)反(fan)應的(de)(de)(de)(de)接觸(chu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)。這(zhe)意味著(zhu)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粒子催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)或作(zuo)為(wei)主催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)添加(jia)(jia)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)會受到(dao)重視。  資(zi)料報道,在汽車尾(wei)氣凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)常規稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)合物換以(yi)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粒子后,提高(gao)了(le)(le)尾(wei)氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)碳、碳氫化(hua)(hua)(hua)合物和(he)(he)氮(dan)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)率,也就(jiu)是(shi)說(shuo)含有(you)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粉末(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)除(chu)污染的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果更(geng)好(hao)。我們用(yong)(yong)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)La2O3和(he)(he)CeO2作(zuo)為(wei)汽車尾(wei)氣凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)涂(tu)(tu)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)添加(jia)(jia)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),通過(guo)比(bi)較表(biao)(biao)明:用(yong)(yong)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粉末(mo)一(yi)次涂(tu)(tu)層量(liang)比(bi)非納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)一(yi)次涂(tu)(tu)層量(liang)高(gao)近一(yi)倍,從(cong)而催化(hua)(hua)(hua)活性(xing)(xing)大有(you)提高(gao),CO50%轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi)溫度降低(di)了(le)(le)近40℃。  國內出(chu)(chu)現“納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)空(kong)調”。據稱采用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)含有(you)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)、稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)有(you)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)物、具有(you)特殊化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)配位結構的(de)(de)(de)(de)微(wei)孔(kong)活動中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)氣凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)過(guo)濾(lv)新材(cai)料,能分解和(he)(he)去除(chu)居(ju)室(shi)空(kong)氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)甲醛、笨、二甲苯(ben)、三(san)氯乙烯等有(you)害氣體(ti)(這(zhe)些有(you)毒物質(zhi)常由(you)裝修(xiu)材(cai)料和(he)(he)家具板材(cai)散(san)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de))。  據報導(dao)在多(duo)種催化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應中(zhong)利用(yong)(yong)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)納(na)(na)(na)米(mi)粉末(mo)如(ru)LaMnO3等能提高(gao)催化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)能。
